REFUND POLICY

At Your Realtor Chef, we understand that plans can change. We are committed to providing flexibility while also protecting the time, ingredients, and preparation that go into each event.

Deposits
All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
This deposit covers time spent on planning, reserving your spot, and initial ingredient purchasing.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will not receive a refund on the deposit, but any additional payments made will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of the total invoice (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable due to the proximity to prep and ordering timelines.

Rescheduling
We allow one complimentary date change with at least 5 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Additional date changes may incur a fee.

No Shows
Failure to show up or provide access on the day of the event will result in forfeiture of the full amount.
